1. Incorporation of Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a supplement to our Terms of Service. By using the Driply application ("the App"), you agree to both this EULA and our Terms of Service.

License Scope: This license is for personal, non-commercial use only and is subject to compliance with both this EULA and our Terms of Service.
3. License Restrictions
You may not:

- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Use the App for commercial or enterprise purposes
- Circumvent access restrictions or security measures

- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The App and its software, design, algorithms, and functionality are owned by Driply and protected by intellectual property laws.

- Software Code: Proprietary algorithms, APIs, and technical implementation
- AI Models: Machine learning models and recommendation algorithms
- User Interface: App design, layout, and user experience elements

5. Updates & Modifications
Driply may release updates to improve functionality, security, and user experience:
