1. Overview
At Driply, we aim to deliver a high-quality, personalized digital wardrobe and outfit recommendation experience. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.
Important: Driply B.V. is the legal entity responsible for the provision of the Driply service. All refund requests are processed through the respective app store platforms where your subscription was purchased.
2. EU Withdrawal Rights
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription purchase within 14 days of the initial purchase, without giving any reason.
2.1 Digital Content Exception
Important: By purchasing a Driply subscription, you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal immediately upon purchase.
This exception applies because:
- Driply provides immediate access to digital services upon purchase
- You explicitly consent to immediate provision of the service at checkout
- You acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right upon purchase
- The service begins performing immediately after payment confirmation
2.2 Checkout Consent Process
During the checkout process, you will see a clear statement:
"By completing this purchase, I consent to the immediate provision of Driply's digital services and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. I understand that the service will begin immediately upon payment confirmation."
You must actively check this box to proceed with your purchase, confirming your explicit consent.
2.3 Withdrawal Process
If you believe you are entitled to exercise your withdrawal right (e.g., if you have not yet accessed the service), you may contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review your request and process any valid withdrawal within 14 days.
3. Refund Eligibility
Driply offers refunds only when granted by the applicable app store platform. You may be eligible for a refund if:
3.1 Valid Refund Reasons
- Technical Issues: The app is unusable due to technical problems on our end
- Unauthorized Charges: You were charged without authorization or in error
- Service Unavailability: The service is completely unavailable for an extended period
- Platform Policy: The app store's refund policy applies to your situation
3.2 Non-Eligible Reasons
- Change of mind after using the service
- Using a significant portion of the billing cycle
- Request falls outside the platform's refund window
- Violation of our Terms of Service
4. Refund Process
All Driply subscriptions are purchased through official app store platforms. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform where you made your purchase.
4.1 Refund Timeline
- Request Processing: Platform review typically takes 24-72 hours
- Refund Issuance: 3-10 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for bank transfers
4.2 Refund Amount
Refunds are typically issued for the full amount of the subscription period, minus any usage-based charges where applicable. Partial refunds may be available in certain circumstances as determined by the platform.

- Free Tier: No refunds applicable
- Pro Tier: Standard refund policy applies
- Studio Tier: Standard refund policy applies
6.2 Promotional Offers
Refunds for promotional or discounted subscriptions may be limited to the amount actually paid. Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.
6.3 Account Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations may not be eligible for refunds.
